Refund policy

All sales are final, and refund requests will be reviewed and granted at the sole discretion of VanityPharma.
Item(s) must be inspected by you upon delivery, if you have any issue with the item(s), you are requested to contact us immediately by calling +962 79 059 8108 while the delivery agent is still at your location.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Where applicable, you can initiate a return request online using the "view your order" link provided in the order confirmation email or by logging into your account/orders.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after the delivery agent leaves your location.

Refunds
In case the payment was collected; We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 7 business days. Delivery Fees and payment processing charges (3%) will be deducted from the returned amount. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
